Pedro leads the firm’s design direction and fosters a collaborative environment within the office. He graduated from UNLV School for Architecture and has received both undergraduate and Master’s degrees. Pedro specializes in Luxury Residential, Hospitality and Commercial Designs. He strives to advance minority equity in design as he helps direct our design perspective. Pedro has received multiple awards for his designs and has also served as a Guest Critic and Technology Adjunct Professor.

As head visionary of the Virtue Modern, Lysle is responsible for the design philosophies & client experience for the firm Over 25 years of experience from working with his Architect father from age 14 Graduated from THE Ohio State University, with a BA in Architecture Graduated top of his class obtaining a master’s degree at Rice University, Houston TX Vision to bring the Modern product not only to Nashville, but through out the US and beyond Pushes the envelope of design, always questions the possibilities of an experiential home Leads without EGO, always available for his clients, employees and is a family man Multiple architectural design awards, publications, and university adjunct professor

David is a Licensed Architect with over 40 years of experience in his field. As Chief Architect, he oversees quality control of all architectural documents and detailing. David has provided his expertise to numerous firms in California, Arizona, Utah and Las Vegas. He received his degree from Arizona State University. David’s greatest pride comes from his family, including his ## grandchildren.

Evan Stevens is a talented interior designer who recently graduated from Belmont with a BFA in Interior Design. She excels in creating interiors that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, tailored to meet her clients’ unique wants and needs. As she spreads her wings in the modern design world, Evan is dedicated to transforming spaces into stunning and practical environments. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of contemporary design principles, Evan seamlessly blends style and functionality in her work. Her commitment to staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies ensures that she consistently delivers innovative and personalized solutions for her clients. Passionate about making every space she touches truly special, Evan is quickly making her mark in the world of interior design.

Rachel Moore is an accomplished interior designer at Virtue Modern. She excels in client communication, ensuring that clients remain excited and engaged throughout the design process for their new home. Rachel oversees projects with a keen eye for detail, creating stunning designs through the use of powerful, dynamic models, materials, and concepts. Kaori Oliveros is Virtue Modern’s interior design intern. She focuses on aiding the designers and creating spaces in SketchUp. Currently studying interior architecture at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Kaori is enthusiastic about the experience she gains working with Virtue’s clients. She is eager to excel within her academic program thanks to the opportunities and insights provided by Virtue Modern. Kaori’s passion for design and her keen attention to detail make her a valuable asset to the team. Her ability to translate design concepts into digital models with precision and creativity allows her to contribute significantly to various projects. Eager to learn and grow, Kaori actively seeks out new challenges and opportunities to enhance her skills. Josh Johns is an architectural design intern currently studying architecture at Belmont. At Virtue Modern, Josh hones his skills in SketchUp, gaining valuable experience and practice with the program. He collaborates closely with Pedro, working on creating detailed and dynamic visual representations for clients. Josh’s dedication to precision and creativity allows him to contribute effectively to the design team. Madeline Knee is an architectural design intern currently pursuing her studies in architecture at Tennessee Tech. She is focused on mastering new design software such as SketchUp, which she applies directly to practical projects. Madeline plays a vital role in assisting designers by helping to develop project concepts and providing creative inspiration. Her proactive approach and passion for design drive her to consistently contribute innovative ideas to the team. Madeline’s dedication to learning and her collaborative spirit make her an invaluable member of the design team, poised to make significant contributions to the field of architecture.

Rori Oliveros is an executive assistant currently studying business at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She plays a crucial role in meticulously preparing workspaces and technology to optimize efficiency and productivity. In addition to her administrative duties, Rori attends to the needs of designers and ensures that coworkers and clients are comfortable in the office environment. She provides essential amenities such as snacks and drinks, contributing to a welcoming and productive atmosphere. Rori’s proactive approach and attention to detail make her an indispensable support to the team, facilitating a seamless workflow and enhancing client satisfaction.

Enoch is an Ohio Native and a Buckeye Super Fan. He leads all the marketing responsibilities and business development for Virtue Modern. Enoch is a licensed real estate agent and has a deep understanding of the sales and home environments. He brings an extensive Sales and Marketing background and loves running his department with creativity and humor. Enoch is client-driven and prides himself in his clear and direct communication with clients and developers.
