1. Vision Meeting

We begin the process by simply getting to know you. Our goal is to create designs that will best support your lifestyle and meet your family’s individual needs. Through site analysis, we study your home’s environment to uncover a sustainable overall design. We then translate this discovery into a series of custom sketches.

2. Initial Design Sketches

During our second meeting, we present the “BIG IDEA.” We show your proposed floor plans and discuss our discovery and potential experiences. We collect any corrections or feedback from you and collaborate on what fits and expresses your passions.

3. 3D Experience

Our skilled design team shows you your home design in photo realistic renderings, 3D fly-throughs and even Virtue Reality. This allows you to fully envision the designs we have created for you.

4. Construction Documentation

Our construction documentation is overseen by seasoned architects. We use REVIT in designing each home, which ensures clash detection and organize MEP, structural and civil drawing in one Building Information Model (BIN).

5. Construction

We integrate with your builder early in the construction process to ensure accurate estimating, building convention, and specialty details. Let us take care of everything from consultants to sub-contractors and give you a turn-key construction experience.
